Who we are

Bramwen LLC(“Bramwen,” “we,” “us”) operates bramwen.com and is building an AI-powered marketing service for small businesses. Bram, our AI spokesperson, is software operated by Bramwen — anything Bram says or does is Bramwen acting. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us any time at hello@bramwen.com.

Data we collect on this website

Right now this website does exactly one thing: it takes waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist we collect:

  • Your business name
  • Your website URL
  • Your email address

We use this to hold your place in line, tell you about launch, and — if you become a client — start your onboarding. That’s it.

Like almost every website, our servers also keep short-lived logs that include your IP address. We use these only for security and rate limiting (for example, stopping someone from spamming the waitlist form). We do not use them to profile you.

There are no user accounts on this site today, and we collect no payment information here.

Platform data we collect when you connect accounts

When Bramwen launches, clients will connect their social media accounts to us so we can publish content and measure how it performs. Every connection goes through each platform’s official API and its own consent screen — you authorize the access explicitly, and you can revoke it at any time from the platform’s settings. When you connect an account, we collect:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): your Page and profile information, the content you have authorized us to publish on your behalf, and engagement metrics for those posts.
  • LinkedIn: your organization Page information, the posts we publish for you, and Page analytics.
  • TikTok: your account information, the videos we publish for you, and their performance data.
  • Google: your Business Profile information, the posts we publish there, and profile insights.

We use platform data for exactly three purposes: publishing content you approved, measuring how that content performed, and improving your own marketing based on those measurements. Nothing else. Access tokens are stored encrypted, we request the minimum permissions each platform allows for those purposes, and we never use unofficial or scraped access of any kind.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your personal data, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We never use one customer’s data to build or improve another customer’s marketing. Each client’s data lives in its own isolated customer file and works only for that client.
  • We never publish anything without a human’s explicit approval. Silence never publishes.

How long we keep data

  • Waitlist information is kept until you ask us to delete it or the waitlist program ends, whichever comes first.
  • Platform data is kept for as long as you are a client, plus a short offboarding window (30 days) so you can export everything. Then it is deleted.
  • Measurement history is part of your customer file — the record of what we published for you and how it performed. It belongs to your account, is exportable on request, and is deleted with the rest of your data when you leave.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what data we hold about you (access)
  • Ask us to fix anything that’s wrong (correction)
  • Ask for a copy of your data (export)
  • Ask us to delete it — see our data deletion instructions

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under the GDPR, along with the right to object to or restrict processing and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases are consent (you joined the waitlist or connected an account), contract (delivering the service you signed up for), and legitimate interest (keeping the site secure). If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the rights to know, correct, and delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bramwen.com.

Cookies

This site currently sets no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, and no advertising pixels. If we ever add functionality that needs cookies — such as a client portal login — we will update this policy before it goes live.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email everyone on the waitlist and every client before it takes effect.
