Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Bramwen LLC (“Bramwen,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or joining the waitlist, you accept them. If you are joining on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that business.
What Bramwen is — and what’s live today
Bramwen is an AI-powered marketing service for small businesses: content creation in your voice, publishing to your social channels through each platform’s official APIs, and reporting on what worked. Nothing publishes without a human’s explicit approval.
The service has not launched yet. Today this website offers exactly one thing: a waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free, collects no payment, and creates no obligation for either of us — you are not committing to buy, and a waitlist spot is not a guarantee that we will be able to serve your business.
Founding member offer
The first 50 businesses from the waitlist that become paying clients receive two things:
- 100 bonus credits. A credit is a prepaid unit of service value inside the Bramwen platform, redeemable toward eligible services and add-ons after launch. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and expire when your account closes. This is a credit bonus on top of standard pricing — it is not a price reduction.
- Founding pricing, locked. The pricing you sign at will not increase for you while your subscription remains active.
The offer is limited to the first 50 qualifying businesses. We may change or close the offer for future signups at any time, but terms already granted to a qualifying founding member stay as granted.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information on the waitlist form
- Not submit automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries, and not interfere with the site’s operation
- Not scrape, probe, or attempt to breach the site
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
Your content stays yours
Clients keep full ownership of their brand, their materials, and the content Bramwen creates for them once it is approved and delivered. We claim no license to your content beyond what is needed to provide the service — creating it, submitting it for your approval, and publishing it where you told us to. Bramwen keeps ownership of its own platform, methods, website content, and the Bram persona.
Disclaimers
This website and the waitlist are provided as-is. Marketing outcomes depend on many things outside anyone’s control, and we do not guarantee any specific result — followers, engagement, leads, or revenue. Launch timing, features, and pricing described anywhere on this site may change before launch.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bramwen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, before launch, is nothing — or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Illustrative examples
Demos, screenshots, and sample content on this site use fictional businesses — such as “Bella Med Spa” — and illustrative numbers. They show how the product works; they are not real clients or measured results. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State — to be confirmed with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects waitlist members, we will email you before it takes effect.
